Refund Policy

We would rather give you your money back than have you feel stuck with something that isn’t working. This policy is short and there is nothing hidden in it.

The short version

You can ask for a full refund within 30 days of your payment, for any reason, and we will give it to you. You don’t need to explain yourself and there is no form to fill in.

How to ask

Write to contact@sleepybabydoctor.com from the email address you used at checkout, or simply reply to any email we have sent you.

Tell us you’d like a refund. That’s all we need.

We reply within one business day. Once we approve it, Paddle processes the refund to your original payment method — this usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

What you can get back

The full amount you paid, including tax.

This applies to every plan we sell — one week, four weeks and twelve weeks. It applies whether you used your plan every day or never opened it.

After a refund

Your access to daily recalculation ends and your account is closed. If you change your mind later, you’re welcome to buy again.

Why 30 days

Sleep doesn’t change overnight, and it isn’t supposed to. Most of the patterns we work with take one to two weeks to shift, and some take longer. Thirty days gives you enough room to actually try the plan before deciding whether it was worth it.

If it isn’t working before then, don’t wait it out — write to us. Often the problem is something we can fix in a message, and we’d rather fix it than refund you.

If you don’t recognise a charge

Payments are handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd, who are the merchant of record for our sales. Charges appear on your statement as PADDLE.NET* SLEEPYBABY, not as our company name.

If you see a charge you don’t recognise, please write to us before contacting your bank. We can almost always identify it and resolve it the same day — a bank dispute takes weeks and we’d both rather avoid it.

Your statutory rights

This policy is more generous than the law requires and does not replace your legal rights.

Because our plans are digital content delivered immediately after payment, consumers in the EU and UK are asked at checkout to agree that delivery begins straight away, which means the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal no longer applies. Our 30-day refund promise applies instead, and it is longer and easier to use.

Consumers elsewhere keep any rights that apply where they live.
