Refunds

You can request a full refund within 30 days of your payment, no questions asked. Reply to any email we’ve sent you, or write to contact@sleepybabydoctor.com from the address you used at checkout. We’ll process it and confirm by email.

Payments are handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd, who act as the merchant of record for all purchases. Charges appear on your statement as PADDLE.NET* SLEEPYBABY.

If you see a charge you don’t recognise, write to us first — we can usually sort it out faster than a bank dispute can.
